An uptic is an outbound or automated action that helps move your business forward. They include Emails, SMS, To-Do's, Phone Calls, Sequence Journeys, or Email Validations while using Uptics Sequencing, bulk actions, or 1-on-1 activity.
We want you in total control over how much you use and pay for Uptics. We suggest starting with a plan that makes you comfortable and meets your budget. Depending how much work you want to automate, we suggest starting on a lower tier and upgrading as you get familiar with Uptics.
To put you in total control over how much you pay, your active sequences and ability to send bulk messages will be disabled unless you upgrade to the next tier. Don't worry, we'll remember what work needs to be complete until you upgrade or your usage resets.
To prevent abuse, spamming, and other unethical use of Uptics, balances do not rollover each month. We recommend picking a smaller plan and upgrading as you go.
Yes. When you create a new Uptics account, you’re instantly enrolled in a free 14-day trial of the StartUp 1000 plan. Throughout the trial you'll also have the opportunity to add premium features and try most of them out free. Once your trial has ended you'll be asked to pick a plan.

All plans come with access to the self-serve support inside of Uptics, our Help Center, Uptics University, chat support and email support.

Yes! When you pay annually you'll get a 33% discount on your services. We also offer discounts to early-stage startups, non-profits, veterans, armed services members, and first responders. Yes. Since Uptics connects directly with your email client provider, we limit each email address to 450 email sends per day to protect against spamming and to help maintain your domain's sending reputation.

Uptics is built so you pay only for the things you need. We put you in total control over how much you pay by not forcing premium features into plans that you won't use. You can pick and choose what you use and how much you use it.

The volume based charges called "uptics" are for use of the premium features to help you automate your business.

Other volume based charges include the native Phone & SMS platform, as well as use of the Email Validation service. If you don’t use these services there are no monthly charges.
